Riddle of Memphis

This is regarding another part of the puzzle that you have not posted yet.
On the big column in the picture, the words are simply written backwards. They say:

Halting before the holy chest of the first word
will reveal the symbol, a stroke counterwest, that through his vision, for Horus knows
Caught by the dancing sun falling fast before the sky, radiant tears run around the gleams of Ra's left eye, rise slow, contempt in Anhvr's(?) heart, bow low
